These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Build Launch website and our recruitment and offshore staffing services. By accessing our website, submitting an application, or engaging Build Launch as a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Build Launch recruits, vets, upskills, and places construction professionals ("Digital Experts") with construction businesses around the world. We provide ongoing training, support, and account management for the duration of each engagement.

Build Launch acts as a recruitment and placement partner. We are not a party to the day-to-day employment or contracting relationship between a client and a Digital Expert, except as expressly set out in an individual service agreement.

Fees for our services are set out in your service agreement or as published on our Pricing page at the time of engagement. Contracts typically run month-to-month following an initial minimum term, with full details confirmed during onboarding.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared in the course of engaging with Build Launch, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to deliver our services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Build Launch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, or from the actions of any Digital Expert or client business engaged through our platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Build Launch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for conduct that breaches these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
